The journey begins in Östersund, Frösön, with a hotel stay and dinner at Hotel Frösö Park. The next day, our retro motorcar model Y1 awaits to take you up north along Inlandsbanan. Lunch is served at the award-winning restaurant Bergmans Fisk & Vilt in Vilhelmina. Take the opportunity to explore their cozy shop after the meal where there are plenty of local delicacies to purchase and enjoy. The final destination of the day is Arvidsjaur where you have dinner and a hotel stay at the friendly Hotel Laponia.
The next day, if you seek an outdoor challenge, we have a guided snow shoe hike up Lillberget, where you will enjoy coffee as well as the view. After a lunch in Arvidsjaur, the train continues north, passing picturesque Inlandsbanan stops such as Piteälvsbron and the Arctic Circle. Dinner is served in Jokkmokk before moving on to the final destination of the day, Gällivare, the northernmost point of Inlandsbanan. Take the opportunity to enjoy the hotels' SPA department that is included in the stay.
The day after, a full-day photography course for beginners to intermediate levels awaits with photographer Serkan Günes in a half-group setting, including an inspirational lecture and an excursion to Stora Sjöfallet with lunch. The other half of the group will have a day trip to Jukkasjärvi and the Ice Hotel. Dinner is served at Glada Kocken, the restaurant with local flavors located beautifully by the mountain Dundret.
Next day follows the same schedule so that everyone gets to participate in the activities. The final dinner is served at the hotel. Our dedicated tour guide accompanies you throughout this whole journey. The trip ends next day after breakfast. We warmly recommend you to continuing to explore the wild nature of Norrbotten with newly acquired photography skills.
